This condition is not dangerous but daily activities like eating, drinking, writing, typing, and so on make more difficult. Tremor is a common movement disorder, around 1% of worldwide population struggling with this condition. The common symptoms are rhythmic shaking of the hands, arms, head, legs, or torso, shaky voice, difficulty with writing or drawing, and problems holding and controlling utensils, tools, or other items.

  5. Parkinsonian tremor: Parkinsonian tremor is sign of Parkinson’s disease. Parkinson’s tremor affects the chin, lips, face, and legs but initially appears in one side of the body.
  6. Orthostatic tremor: Orthostatic tremor is a rare disorder in which rapid muscle contractions occur in the legs when patient stands up. The tremor usually stops when the patients sits down or walks.
